Most of us recognise the HP bottle, but a lot of us don’t know how and when to use HP sauce. And even the old die-hard fans might only have a few squirts with their bubble-and-squeak. This is why we have teamed up with the PR agency Prat and asked seven of Sweden’s foremost food bloggers to come up with new, fresh ideas and tips on how to enhance flavours with HP. For instance, how about barbecued fish spits marinated in HP sauce?
While the bloggers’ recipes emerge we’ll be handing out free samples via Facebook. There will also be a recipe booklet in a supermarket near you.
